A DVD Decoder can turn your PC into an excellent DVD player.
All you have to do is install a dvd decoder from a major software vendor like COREL or Cyberlink. This can then turn Windows Media Player into a dvd player!
The dvd decoder can work with WMP 9, WMP 10 or WMP 11 on Windows XP or Windows Vista.
